1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides tools for coaches and personal trainers to manage clients, sessions, and payments.

3. Subscriptions

The App operates on a subscription model. Available plans may include:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription

A 14-day free trial is available for eligible users. After the trial, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.

4. Payments and Renewals

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through the App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies.

5. No Grace Period

If your subscription expires and is not renewed, access to certain features may be restricted. Your data remains stored on your device.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter into the App
• Maintaining backups if desired
• Complying with applicable laws when storing client information

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevelopmentVIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss or business interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content are owned by DevelopmentVIP.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
