Coach Flow App (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is developed and operated by DevelopmentVIP. This Privacy Policy describes what data is collected and how it is used.
We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our servers.
All data entered into the App (such as client names, session details, notes, and payment information) is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.
We use third-party services to improve the App:
These services may collect technical information such as device details, app version, anonymous usage metrics, and crash logs. No personal client data entered into the App is transmitted to us.

Subscriptions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store payment information.

All user data is stored locally on the device.
Users may optionally create backup files. Backup files are stored only in locations chosen by the user (such as iCloud Drive or local storage). We do not access or store backups.
The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
The App is available globally. Since we do not collect personal data directly, we do not initiate cross-border transfers of personal data. Firebase services may process anonymous technical data in accordance with their policies.
Future versions of the App may include additional platforms (Android or Web). If our data practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated.
